We took the boys to try out their new snowboards and sleds, that they got for Christmas, on new years day. We had a lot of fun. The funny thing is that Tobyn got the sled, and he spent more time on the snowboard and the older boys spent more time on the sled. Tanner just hung on for the ride. Mom even attempted a go down the hill. A little scary because the snow was frozen, so I went far, but it was fun.
I hope the video of Tobyn works. This was the last attempt so he didn't go as far as he had on a couple of other runs. The other boys, I think, might have got the hang of it a little faster but the snowboards they got really only work if you are about 29 lbs,(the bindings scrape on the bottom) which Tobyn is. Between scooters, snowboards, a friend's mini-4wheeler, nothing can slow this kid down. It probably helps that he has 3 good older brothers that take the lead...sometimes :-)

I can't even imagine Tanner TRYING it, much less being so successful with it! Rock on little Tobyn!
Is that really Tobyn? Holy cow. He is super brave! He does seem like a natural too.
